The “Be More Human” Training Program

This program has been created specifically for small groups of marketing or sales professionals who work together at their company or organization.

At the heart of the training lies the belief that over-reliance of AI alone will lead us into the ”Sameness Trap”, where we’re all using the same tools and templates, with the same prompt lists.

Clearly, sameness is not something we aspire to in marketing and sales.

This training is broken down into three sessions, held on Zoom on three separate days. Plus a final 30 minute review session.

The outline that follows is preliminary. As we get closer to launch date, the curriculum will firm up.

Session One… 2 Hours

Prompt Engineering Driven by Emotion

Prompt Engineering – We look at the fundamentals of prompt creation, including use of simple frameworks to optimize the outputs.

Collaborative Prompting – This is a mindset choice where, instead of treating a model like ChatGPT as a software or search tool, we collaborate with it as a co-intelligence.

Advanced Empathetic Prompting – This is where we focus the model on human emotions at the very beginning of a prompt sequence. One example would be the creation of a Sentiment Analysis of your best customers.

Empathy Mapping – This is a structured process that allows you to better understand your customers by listening to what they Say, Think, Do, and Feel.

Deep Dive into Emotional Intelligence

Emotional Intelligence – An introduction to the 4 domains of emotional intelligence, and how we can use them to enhance AI-generated content.

EI for Sales & Marketing – How marketing and sales teams can use AI plus EI to build deeper relationships with prospects and customers.

Conversational Intelligence – Use conversational, empathetic language to make people feel heard and respected to a degree AI alone can’t achieve.

Power of Story – An exploration of different ways to use story and sensory language to engage your audience at a deeper, emotional level.

Session Three… 2 Hours

Apply AI +EI to Your Marketing Communications

Brand Persona Development – Combine your AI and EI skills to build personas for both your business and your best prospects and customers, and then use those avatars to help develop more compelling and engaging messaging.

Your EI Audit– After using AI to help create copy or content, follow these 5 steps to audit the AI output for a sufficient level of Emotional Intelligence.

Be the Trusted Human In The Loop – This is where you, as the human in the loop, balance the use of AI with the deep emotional power of EI, building relationships that endure.

Integrate AI and EI Into Your Workflows – A structured approach to integrating AI + EI into your marketing workflows.
